Legal
Structure
The Tanen Kins Settlement uses a combination of a Private Not-for-Profit (NFP) Non-Goverment (NGO)
Tax-Exempt foundation and a legally recognised and registered Australian company entity to provide legal and
financial security to kin domain holders.
The Revelation Sky Harmony Foundation ("the Foundation") is an associate foundation of the New Humanity
Collaborative Community Foundations movement, and has it's own articles of association governing it's
activities.
The registered company entity known as Mysteria Pty Ltd ("the Company") is the legal owner of the settlement
land and is registered for GST (Goods and Services Tax), PAYG (Pay as You Go income tax) and holds an ABN
(Australian Business Number) and ACN (Australian Company Number).
When purchasing a kins domain the owner is issued shares from the Company
which have a legal and enforceable value. Kins domain settlers may optionally choose to become employees of the
Company and carry out legally appropriate income generating activities under its banner.
The Foundation as a NFP, NGO, Tax-Exempt organisation provides an alternative methodology for income
generation and settlement asset ownership.

The owners of each kin domain are responsible for looking after their own property in entirety (i.e. the
inside and outside of the property on their plot of land and any stuctures on their land) while
contributing financially towards the upkeep of the 'jointly owned' facilities.
