Jointly Owned Facilities

Certain land / facilities in a the community will be owned "in common" by all kin domain owners. The jointly owned facilities are expected to be:

• Fully equiped woodworking shop.
• Theatre, sound system and projector.
• Gardens and landscaping for the common areas.
• Driveways, garages and other parking areas (such as visitor parking).
• Internet access and data infrastructure.
• Mailboxes, intercomms, garbage areas and so on.
• Tractor with attachments.
• Firefighting rig.
