Charter

The Tanen Kins Settlement Charter is the legal, moral and ethical framework about which the settlement is designed and operated. It provides gudiance on entry, exit and many other areas of concern that if not addressed can lead to unresolvable conflict between settlment members and a disintegration of the communnity.
